tips and venting.

So those who know me knows that i'm a good 98 lbs. Well, not anymore. I've gain about ten pounds. Not a proven fact just yet. I haven't actually stepped on to a weight thingy, but I'm extremely convince that I'm 10 lbs. heavier. I don't know what could be the cause of this tragedy. *tears* I don't eat beef/pork or mickey d's(although i did have it the other day for the first time in like two months & it made me very ill) & my mom & I only eat organic products. Where the heck did this mini gut and little donk come from? I just think I eat too many times a day because I haven't had a soda since this jerk I used to talk to tricked me into drinking it! I despise sodas! and that jerk for tricking me! I've been on a water diet for about 3 weeks now. Well not the real water diet where I don't actually eat anything. I just don't drink anything other than water & hot pomegranate green tea with my morning meal. [I highly suggest pomegrante green tea]. No lemon. Just a tiny pinch of sugar. Umm Umm good! Anywho, I thought maybe now I could probably work out on the treadmill for an hour every Mon. & Weds. & do 150 sit-ups each night to get my summer bod. I know what you're thinking: This bitch is overly obsessed with her body. Hahaha! It's true, it's true! Guilty! But on a serious note, I think everyone should be concerned about their figure and health. Ladies more than men. I feel like thats a human law.
So...stick to three meals a day, healthy ones! (i.e. I eat maple cinnamon oatmel, half a bagel with cream cheese in the morning with my pomegranate green tea.) For lunch, try to stay away from alot of calories & carbohydrates & fats!! That means fast foods!! (i.e I might put an organic [of course] chicken pattie in the oven & put it on top of wheat bread with pineapples. Or maybe a cucumber tuna sandwich. I know it sounds gross, but it's actually tasty.) Fruits and veggies are essentials for each and everyday of the week. You need your fatty acids & lycopene. & as for dinner, greasy foods are good once in awhile, but too much of it isn't good for your body. It's like body torture. Eat more baked things and lots and lots of veggies! At least 4 cups of water is recommended in a day as well.

Ok well I'm done preaching health shit with y'all.

However, I've been asked how I keep my skin together & what are some of the products I use. I actually have really, really sensitive skin so I have to be very, very careful to what products I encounter. I wash my face twice a day (when I wake up & before I hit the sheets) with Kiss My Face 'olive green tea' bar soap. It works amazingly! Then I apply Cortizone on to any pimple I might have and #fact: it's gone in the morning. I use Method lotion after a shower in the morning. It gives a tingle feeling. After a shower at night, I use this Milk Chocolate Shea Butter stuff for my feet and butt :)
I try to stay away from make-up. I don't use any foundation, but I do apply blush once in a while. I don't even use eye shadow as much as I did when I did in high school. I really believe that was the last time I've used eye shadow. Everyone always ask me are my lashes faux! No, no. no! Their all my, baby!
